The mission of the Sandburg Foundation is to provide a well-rounded educational experience for our students by raising funds to improve school site facilities and provide academic enrichment opportunities.

It is the Foundation Executive Board's sincere hope that as a part of our community you will feel drawn to become involved at some level. We are confident that with involvement, you will see the very real benefit of supporting our school financially as well. Everyone is welcome to join. Meetings are held the fourth Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at the school’s library.

The Sandburg Foundation is a qualified 501(C)(3) charitable organization [Tax ID# is 20-8262770] governed by a volunteer board of trustees dedicated to the goal of educational excellence. The Foundation works closely with the Board of Education, staff, PTA and school administration.
