Turn in 10 box tops, get a
raffle ticket and be entered for a chance to win a
Webkinz! Collect box tops in
the Summer, turn them in in the Fall, and we'll keep
fingers crossed that you're a winner!
Here's what you do:

Download the submission form
- Attach 10 box tops*
to the form (glued, not stapled)
- Write your name and your
teacher's name on the form
- Drop off completed
form(s) in in the Foundation box
* box tops without expiration dates
and expired box tops can not be accepted
Each completed form enters you for a chance to win a
Webkinz!
