Teachers, Staff, and Volunteers, please use the links below to submit reimbursement or check requests for approved purchases. The form allows you to upload photos of receipts or invoices.


Grant requests

Teachers, Staff, and Volunteers, please use the form below to submit grant requests for new funds, not currently approved. Once you have completed the form it will be sent to Principal Burningham and the Foundation board for review. Requests will be considered for approvals based on several factors but not limited to the following:
 

  • Compliance with our Mission Statement

  • Is the request unique and not currently funded

  • Costs involved / budget review

  • Number of students benefited

  • Education benefit / does it fit within the schools curriculum

  • Implementation ramifications

  • Urgency of request
